Renting or Leasing may make sense for you!

So renting a water heater or a water softener may be the best option for you. We have an affordable, strong and appealing rental/leasing program. There are lots of reasons to lease rather than purchase.

1. Folks who have a home based business may be able to deduct all, or part, of the lease payments when filing taxes. If you qualify for that, it means you spend money and you don’t have to pay taxes on it this year. On the other hand, if you purchase a capital asset, you may only be able to depreciate that asset over several years. Meaning you spent a ton of cash up front and can only recover the tax benefit over many years. For some folks this makes good business sense.
2. Many home owners end up making a decision between a low quality product for less money vs. a longer lasting durable product simply because they need to spend their available cash on other things. So… If you use your cash on hand to buy a new car, get braces for you kids, or help them through college… You can still decide wisely on a high quality, high efficiency tankless water heater or water filter that will last you for many years to come.
3. Our Lease Option does not include consumables or scheduled maintenance such as salt for your water softener or cartridges for your water filter (these are use-based expenses & responsibilities)… BUT ! Our lease does include repairs for breakdowns.
